The ever excellent PhET website has a HTML5 compatible simulation on projectiles.
The "Teachers Notes" section has some good suggestions regarding simulation practicals.

Rather long, though detailed, account of projectile motion.
The drag equation is not part of the core syllabus. However drag / fluid resistance does often crop up in IAs, particularly in anything involving projectiles.
